Pipettes are calibrated at 2 levels - the maximum and minimum volumes (or 10% of the maximum volume, whichever is higher) with 10 readings at each level.
checked for leakage and a visual check for levels being consistent. Service includes inspection, cleaning and regreasing as well as
O-ring replacement (if required and with parts charged separately). Any other repairs will require approval by the end user before
proceeding.
