You must maintain a current Themis charge code details in your user profile for all purchases and your department will be responsible for all charges incurred.
UoM members must only purchase goods for use by the university in approved activities. Under no circumstances may goods be purchased for personal use.
Some of the goods ordered might require additional procedures such as End User Declarations or government permits. Often these requirements are spelled out in the product description; your order will not be processed until you have satisfied these requirements.
Please notify Store staff of any variation or modification to the details in your online orders. When picking up goods, you must follow all University safety guidelines. Specialist Store staff reserve the right to not release goods if appropriate transport options are not being used. Specialist Stores staff will ensure that chemicals are packed and labelled for safe transport. Once an order is collected and signed for, Specialist Store staff will not be responsible for any breakage that occurs enroute to the customers destination.
Note that the IP address of your device used to place an order is recorded while using the UoM Specialist Store system.
