Pipettes are calibrated using ISO8655-2 acceptance limits including 10 readings at 3 levels - the maximum, middle and minimum volumes (or 10% of the
maximum volume, whichever is higher) taken before AND after calibration. For 8- and 12-channel pipettes, every channel will be
calibrated as per the above method. Service includes inspection, cleaning and regreasing as well as O-ring replacement (if required
and with parts charged separately). Any other repairs will require approval by the end user before proceeding.
